  • Analytics, Information and Data Architects
  • Data Analysts, Engineers, Scientists and Stewards
  • Directors and Head of Departments
  • Strategists, Policy and Law Expert.

This 4-day hands-on workshop provides an interactive forum to learn and apply a model-driven applied adaptive AIM architecture modelling and and strategic planning. The course involves:

Information Management

  • Relational entity and non-relational information models (metadata, master data, reference data and transactional data)
  • Information integration and transformation models (ensemble data vault, data virtualisation and dimensional)
  • Information governance and quality

Analytics is useful for its potential to discover insights from quality information that be actioned for effective and less risky decision making. Efficiency and the desired outcomes flow on these insights.

Information management, including information quality and governance, focuses on collecting and integrating information (e.g. content, data and media) from different sources and making it ready for analytics. Adaptive analytics information architecture is an integral part of the overall adaptive enterprise architecture, and critical to digital transformation.

What you should expect

Participants will work on a model-driven adaptive analytics information architecture project from beginning to end over 4-days. Dr Gill works in an interactive format combining case study examples and exercises. To be successful you should:

Book Review: Adaptive Cloud Architecture

By Dr Asif Gill

” We are starting to notice the transformative nature of cloud and digital business impacting both the supply side and demand side of the IT services marketplace…

The Gill Framework® addresses this emerging niche with the ‘Adaptive Enterprise Services System’ (AESS), a systems-of-systems framework. What sets the AESS framework apart from others is the practical application of the Adapting, Defining, Operating, Managing, Supporting (ADOMS) life-cycle management approach. Adapting to change, as a result of pressures of digital business and cloud, requires a new response with new capabilities around agile. This book is a body of knowledge which is a must have handbook for adaptive business and IT thinkers and leaders.”
