How do they work?
Training vouchers are purchased for $825 each and are used online to reserve early bird places on any of the participating courses offered through our network at any location. Vouchers are purchased in multiples of 10 training days. We include GST and but add merchant credit card fees when the vouchers are purchased.
You will need to reserve your places during the early-bird period and use the voucher code that is issued by Raedan Exchange.
A voucher can be used to purchase up to 8 places on any one course during at the early bird price. If you want to purchase full price registrations or more than places on a course, you will need to make a separate payment for the difference in price (or book another course date). The easiest way to do this is to use the Request an Invoice button on this page.
Do vouchers expire?
Vouchers purchased after 1 July 2017 will expire on 30 December 2018 to use. We will let you know of training opportunities and events where you can still use your expired vouchers up until 30 June 2019. These include all Robinson Ryan courses.
Vouchers purchased before 1 July 2017, expire on 30 December 2017 and then can be used all Robinson Ryan training and particular events that we will advertise to you, Those unused on 1 July 2018 will be forfeited.
On which courses can I use training vouchers?
Registrations on all courses and seminars can be secured with training vouchers during the early bird period. A full list of these courses with future dates are on our Current Events page. Two day courses require 2 vouchers, while a half day seminar will register two people. Half vouchers cannot be saved for later registrations.
You can only purchase training vouchers on this site. Registrations can be made on this site or finding the event on Eventbrite.

We will confirm details with you and prepare an invoice on 30-day terms for payment by credit card or EFT. Your vouchers cannot be used until the invoice is paid.

Who am I buying vouchers from?
Raedan Exchange is a trading name of Magic Event Company Pty Ltd (ABN: 26 935 635 769) whose registered office is in the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. We have an agreement with each of the presenters or course organisers to sell tickets for their events at the voucher price. We arrange early releases and special price deals with presenters in Australia and from overseas. We let the organisations who are registered with know when these deals become available.
We are a small organisation who are committed to doing what we love and helping others do the same – that includes developing Data Management and Organisational Change expertise in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
